Intelex Product Architect

About the Role

This position focuses on the architecture and implementation of the Intelex EHSQ platform, requiring deep expertise in solution design, configuration, deployment, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Intelex implementations, including solution architecture, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management for EHS/ESG initiatives.
• Develop and deliver C-level presentations on EHSQ platform solutions.
• Integrate Intelex with enterprise systems such as SAP EHS, Enhesa, Enablon, IBM Tririga, and Metrio using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, and data migration tools.
• Provide expertise in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) and EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in EHS/ESG software consulting, implementation, or solution architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of direct, hands-on Intelex (EHSQ) platform experience in an implementation or architect capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 5 of the following Intelex modules:
  • ESG & Sustainability Management
  • Waste Management
  • Audit & Inspection Management
  • Risk Management (JSEA / HIRA)
  • Incident & CAPA Management
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Training & Competency
  • Compliance Obligation Tracking
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations.
• Proven experience integrating Intelex with one or more of: Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, IBM Tririga, or Metrio.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001) and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Proficiency in integration ecosystems, including REST API, SOAP, and iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or for a semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing company.
