Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face contacts with youth and families in homes, community settings, schools, and other approved service locations.
- Assess family strengths, needs, safety concerns, and barriers impacting child and family well-being.
- Review, implement, and monitor safety plans, service plans, and case plan goals to support child safety, family engagement, and adherence to identified expecations.
- Partner with families to build skills, strengthen protective capacities, and support progress toward case plan objectives.
- Facilitate, monitor, and support safe family interactions between children and their parents or caregivers.
- Provide parent coaching and guidance to strengthen parenting practices, improve parent-child interactions, and support healthy family relationships.
- Exercise sound judgement in responding to crisis situations and utilizing de-escalation strategies with appropriate.
Location
Janesville, WI. Local travel is required throughout the Rock County area to complete client visits, with mileage reimbursement.
Schedule
Full-time 40 hours per week. Schedule will include daytime, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours as needed.
Pay
$21.00 per hour
