As a Morning Baker / Crew Member, you'll keep our bakery moving, make every box look incredible, and help our first guests start their day on a sweet note. No professional baking experience? We'll teach you. Bring your reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in.

Responsibilities

• Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for our rotating weekly menu.
• Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
• Complete opening duties so ingredients, equipment, and workstations are ready to go.
• Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
• Follow food safety standards and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Stay ahead of restocking and use time management to keep production moving.
• Bring teamwork and clear communication to every busy shift.

Requirements

• Show up on time, follow through, and care about getting the details right.
• Enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, support the people working beside you, and take pride in something you helped create.
• Entry-level opportunity with no experience required—just a readiness to learn and work.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation for early starts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips, with team members averaging approximately $21 per hour. Tips vary.

Schedule

Morning shifts run approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Friday and Saturday availability is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Consistent, year-round availability and dependable arrival for a 6 AM start are essential.
