Our client, a leader in industrial operations and automation, is seeking Robotics Technicians to join their team in Bondurant, IA. These are immediate needs with no interview required. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen. Opportunities include the chance to be converted to permanent after 6 months.

About the role

Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Develop skills in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling systems. Mentor junior technicians and promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling systems
  • Mentor junior technicians to foster growth and knowledge sharing
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience with PC competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed

Schedule

Must have flexibility to work one of the following schedules:

  • Sunday – Wednesday or Monday – Thursday; 6AM – 4:30PM
  • Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday – Sunday; 6AM – 4:30PM
  • Sunday – Wednesday or Monday – Thursday; 6PM – 4:30AM
  • Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday – Sunday; 6PM – 4:30AM

Pay

$27–$29 per hour
