Responsibilities
- Completing project tasks with a team of other co-ops and Amazon engineers
- Utilizing Amazon engineering tools and processes
- Prototyping and testing concepts or features
- Tracking progress of task deliverables
- Developing and maintaining design documentation
- Presenting information to managers and engineers
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Currently working towards Bachelor's, Master's, or higher in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related STEM fields
- Knowledge of hardware engineering fundamentals in either one or more of mechanical, electrical, hardware test, hardware reliability, quality, failure analysis, manufacturing, or similar
- Experience with hardware design, development, and testing
- Experience with applicable hardware physical tools, digital tools, and methods (e.g. 3D CAD)

- Previous technical internship(s) or demonstrated project experience

Schedule
Amazon co-ops across all seasons are full-time positions, and co-ops should expect to work in office, Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week typically between 8am-5pm. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager.
