We're looking for current students to join us as Robotics Hardware Development Co-op in 2026 with hardware specializations in robotics engineering, mechanical, electrical, hardware test, reliability, failure analysis, manufacturing, operations, and more!

Responsibilities

  • Completing project tasks with a team of other co-ops and Amazon engineers
  • Utilizing Amazon engineering tools and processes
  • Prototyping and testing concepts or features
  • Tracking progress of task deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining design documentation
  • Presenting information to managers and engineers

Requirements

Are 18 years of age or older
Currently working towards Bachelor's, Master's, or higher in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related STEM fields
Knowledge of hardware engineering fundamentals in either one or more of mechanical, electrical, hardware test, hardware reliability, quality, failure analysis, manufacturing, or similar
Experience with hardware design, development, and testing
Experience with applicable hardware physical tools, digital tools, and methods (e.g. 3D CAD)

Qualifications

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Previous technical internship(s) or demonstrated project experience

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, MA, BOSTON - 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
USA, MA, N.Reading - 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
