Robotics Engineering Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Robotics Engineering Team Lead to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced robotics professional who thrives on solving complex automation challenges, mentoring engineers, and delivering innovative customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Robotics Engineers while managing project priorities and resources
• Design, integrate, and support robotic automation systems
• Provide technical leadership in robotics, controls, and system integration
• Troubleshoot complex automation and application challenges
• Support customer applications, system commissioning, and technical issue resolution
• Partner with cross-functional and global engineering teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 6+ years of robotics, automation, or integration experience
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with industrial robots, PLCs, and controls
• SolidWorks proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Work authorization in the United States on a permanent basis

Pay

The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

Monday to Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
