About the role
The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist plays a crucial role in the Technology Launch team at Zimmer Biomet. They are responsible for promoting and supporting technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases
- Support advanced technology upgrades as required
- Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances
- Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a combination of education and experience considered
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred
Skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with medical device technology and clinical applications
