Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Rep

About the role

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist plays a crucial role in the Technology Launch team at Zimmer Biomet. They are responsible for promoting and supporting technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. This position involves educating, training, and assisting key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology to help customers achieve their technology program goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partner with the Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)

• Proven track record of achieving strong results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a combination of education and experience considered
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred

Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive
