Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Rep

About the role

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist plays a crucial role within Zimmer Biomet's Technology Launch team. They are responsible for promoting and supporting technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. This position involves educating, training, and assisting key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology, helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partner with the Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving strong results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a mix of education and experience considered
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred

Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive
