Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Rep
About the role
The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist plays a crucial role within Zimmer Biomet's Technology Launch team. They are responsible for promoting and supporting technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. This position involves educating, training, and assisting key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology, helping customers achieve their technology program goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
- Partner with the Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases
- Support advanced technology upgrades as required
- Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances
- Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
- Attend annual trainings as required
Requirements
Proven track record of achieving strong results, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong presentation and demonstration skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred, or a combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience is required.
Qualifications
Physical requirements include up to 50% travel and a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive. Zimmer Biomet is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
