Responsibilities
- Aid in programming, installing, and optimizing automated systems, including robotics, PLCs, vision systems, and peripheral control components.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of robotic systems, including microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, and mechanical components.
- Support the testing and validation of robotic assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and refine robotic path motions to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers to support the design, configuration, and application of robotic systems.
- Provide hands-on support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to automation equipment.
- Aid in training team members on proper operation and maintenance of robotic and automation systems.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience working with robotics, including Fanuc and ABB, as well as PLC troubleshooting and minor programming with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical experience.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $64,500.00 - $103,500.00. Individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
