How You Ll Make An Impact (Responsibilities)

• Architect and implement robust strategies for the safe and scalable deployment of learning-based autonomy systems in factory and field environments.
• Integrate, test, and debug advanced autonomy software on physical robot hardware, ensuring seamless interaction between perception, control, and planning modules.
• Ensure robotics solutions are fit-for-purpose, reliable, and scalable.
• Drive optimal selection and application of robotic technologies.
• Support transition from manual or semi-automated processes to robotized operations.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of major robot platforms and ecosystem components.
• Deep understanding of safety standards, risk assessment, and industrial compliance.
• Experience with commissioning, debugging, and production support of robotic systems.
• Ability to translate operational needs into robotic solutions.
• Experience in laboratories, test facilities, and research facilities conducting R&D projects.
