• Working knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, and cloud-based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% across North America.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field role, involving approximately 30% travel to partner and customer sites across North America. You'll spend significant time on the factory floor, configuring hardware, mapping facilities, and resolving live system issues. While partners will lead most deployments, you'll provide crucial technical guidance, training, and support, and step in to lead complex implementations for strategic customers or new partner onboarding.
