The future of transportation is autonomous, and you can help steer it. The Robotaxi Business Development team is at the center of product design and operational performance of autonomous vehicles. From the launch of Robotaxi on MY in 2025 to the revolutionary Cybercab product coming this year, team Robotaxi is at the cutting edge of AV technology.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including vehicle utilization, ride completion rates, downtime, and route efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reports to track fleet health, operational bottlenecks, and service quality metrics
- Identify trends and anomalies in fleet behavior to proactively address issues before they impact operations
- Deploy and manage accurate AI agents for automated data gathering and predictive analytics
- Drive process improvements through collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams
- Support demand forecasting and infrastructure capacity planning initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI agents or AI-powered tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants, automation platforms, or intelligent analytics systems) in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with engineering, legal, and operations teams
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, mobility, logistics, or transportation industries
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics data
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to operational problems
- Experience with real-time data pipelines and monitoring systems

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
