Robot Welder

Key Responsibilities

• Program and set up robotic welding machines for specific welding tasks.
• Load materials onto robotic welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment.
• Monitor robot welders during operation to ensure accuracy and quality of welds.
• Make adjustments to welding parameters and robot movements to optimize welding processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on robotic welding systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or errors that arise during robot welding operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop efficient welding programs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Robot Welder Operator or in a similar role working with robotic welding systems.
• Proficiency in programming and operating robotic welding machines.
• Strong understanding of welding processes and parameters.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols for robotic welding operations.
