Robot Programmer (Experienced)

Responsibilities

• Perform TCP setup, path programming, position adjustments, and touch-ups
• Troubleshoot and recover robots from faults and alarms
• Support offline programming and simulation
• Collaborate with controls and mechanical teams during machine builds and runoffs
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures around automated equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on robot programming experience
• Experience programming with one or multiple of these robots: Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Kawasaki, Yaskawa / Motoman, Comau
• Strong troubleshooting and fault recovery skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Vision system integration experience — Keyence, Cognex, Photoneo, Fanuc 3DV/3DL or comparable
• Ability to write programs independently from scratch — not just touch-ups and modifications
• Integration/Commissioning experience
• Offline programming experience
• Automotive or machine tool manufacturing background
