Responsibilities
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB robotic systems
- Support automation equipment startup, integration, and commissioning
- Perform robot touch-ups, recoveries, and production support
- Work closely with controls engineers, machine builders, and project teams
- Modify robot paths, I/O, and tooling as needed during launch activities
- Sustain safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project
- Support onsite installation and production ramp-up in South Carolina
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ABB Robot Programming experience
- Experience with automated assembly or manufacturing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot robots, tooling, and automation equipment independently
- Experience with robot commissioning and production support
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Automotive automation experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open to travel and extended project support in South Carolina
