About the role

This position is responsible for grading paws in the designated area. Functions include maintaining and promoting the Tyson safety culture, receiving required training, and performing various positions as assigned. Rehire consideration: the location does not accept rehires. Relocation assistance eligible: no.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect/grade paws in A, B, rework, and condemn categories
• Rotate to any other EVIS position assigned
• Assist in all areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and perform repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and arms
• Periodic use of scissors
• Ability to work around moving belts and shackles
• Lift up to 70 pounds frequently
• Background check in accordance with Animal Welfare Policy
• Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid, or dusty conditions
