Operating a jack and forklift
Moving product to necessary location
Loading and unloading blast cell and freezer racks
Aiding in all areas as needed/assigned
Description
This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Tasks
- Loading and unloading skids and moving product to necessary location
- Obtain forklift license and change battery as needed (training available)
- Maneuver pallet jack around tables and belts, continuously grip control handle, be aware of all obstacles in travel (including other Team Members)
- Complete various log sheets, maintain equipment upkeep while in possession
- Exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions
- Requires walking, bending, standing, turning, pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis
- Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
- Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.
Requirement
Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application.
Prefers 3 months of forklift operator experience.

Pay
$18.35 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive and $1 shift premium for 2nd shift
