Roanoke Virtual Hiring Event (Cna/Pca/Hha)

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Roanoke and surrounding areas during a virtual hiring event on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 3pm-4pm. Interviews will be conducted during this session.

Pay

• Top pay rates: $17–$17.50 per hour
• $300 sign-on bonus
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv
• Mileage reimbursement

Schedule

• Shift availability: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
• Full-time and part-time options available

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
