Lynchburg Virtual Hiring Event (Cna/Pca/Hha)

TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Lynchburg and surrounding areas through a virtual hiring event on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 4pm-5pm. Interviews will be conducted during this session.

About the role

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping transform the lives of aging adults while building meaningful relationships. Earn top pay rates and enjoy flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US

Pay

• Starting pay: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
• $300 sign-on bonus
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv
• Mileage reimbursement

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
