Roaming Teller I -Eagle

This position covers for Tellers at other branches during absences.

Responsibilities

• Process basic member and guest member account transactions: checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally in-branch or by phone; direct to appropriate departments or staff.
• Actively listen to member needs, cross-sell, and educate on Credit Union products and services.
• Refer members to appropriate staff to fulfill product and service needs.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with minimal errors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
• Perform other job-related duties to support efficient Credit Union operations.

Pay

$18.67 an hour.
