Roadway Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering design projects from concept through completion
• Oversee multidisciplinary efforts, including corridor studies, traffic operations, safety initiatives, and roadway/bridge design
• Direct the development of engineering reports, plans, specifications, and community engagement materials
• Review and manage preliminary and final studies, technical documentation, and cost estimates
• Support contract bidding and administration processes as needed
• Cookordination with municipal, state, and county agencies, as well as public stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and project teams
• Resolve complex technical and coordination challenges, including design conflicts, public engagement issues, and stakeholder alignment
