About the Role
DRMP is seeking a Roadway Project Manager to lead innovative transportation projects for county and municipal clients and FDOT. This role is for someone with a passion for roadway engineering and a deep understanding of the project development process in the State of Florida. You will lead roadway projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. This position is eligible for a sign-on-bonus.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Project Manager for FDOT roadway design projects, ensuring compliance with FDOT and local agency project development standards.
- Lead the Project Team of highly talented engineers and designers for the design, analysis, and development of roadway plans.
- Collaborate with clients, sub-consultant partners, technical staff, and managers across multiple disciplines to develop quality deliverables within schedule and budgetary requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to develop the next generation of Project Managers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth and project opportunities.
- Support DRMP's business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations for FDOT projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science from an ABET-accredited university in Civil Engineering
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of transportation roadway design experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams (Limited Access Experience desired)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
