We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings present: we have Schedule, Pay, Benefits (Health & Welfare, Paid Holidays, PTO, 401k, ESOP). Also we have responsibilities list, requirements list, qualifications? The posting includes "Before You Apply" list of requirements (valid driver's license, etc.) and "Position Summary" prose, "Shift & Schedule" details, "Key Responsibilities" list, "Nice To Have (Not Required)" list. Also there is a "Path to grow" etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, accommodation contact, etc). Also remove "Creative Management Technology, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "By completing this application..." etc. Also remove "Equal access..." etc. Also remove "Applicants who require accommodation..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: schedule, pay, benefits, responsibilities, requirements (valid driver's license, driving record, drug screen, background check, physical work, authorized to work), position summary, shift & schedule details, key responsibilities list, nice to have list, path to grow (maybe skills?), also "No Experience? No Problem." etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe position summary + path to grow?), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (the before you apply list), Qualifications (maybe nice to have? Or we could treat nice to have as Qualifications), Skills (maybe CDL, equipment operation, bilingual?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for each. Let's extract: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Day Shift). Also mention Night Shift: Overnight, with traffic control requiring off-peak operations, occasional weekend or storm-response calls. Schedules may be changed based on contract needs and weather events. Also shift & schedule details. Pay: $17/hr to start. Benefits: Health & Welfare, Paid Holidays, PTO, 401k, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Also "No Experience? No Problem. No prior roadway maintenance experience required — we train you on the job, hands-on, with an experienced crew." That's about role/training. "A steady, full-time schedule you can count on — not gig work. Know your hours and your paycheck each week." That's schedule/benefit. "Real benefits most entry-level jobs don't offer: medical/welfare coverage, paid holidays, PTO, a 401(k), and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that makes you a part-owner of the company." Already covered. "A path to grow: pick up a CDL or gain equipment experience on the job to open the door to higher-paid roles on our team." That's skills/qualifications. "Before You Apply" list: Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (2+ years of safe driving history); Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check; Comfortable with physical, outdoor work: standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 75 lbs. occasionally); Authorized to work in the United States. Position Summary: Perform routine and on-call maintenance of roadway and roadside assets. Shift & Schedule: Day Shift: Mon–Fri, early start, with occasional weekend or storm-response calls. Night Shift: Overnight, with traffic control requiring off-peak operations, and occasional weekend or storm-response calls. Schedules may be changed based on contract needs and weather events. Key Responsibilities list (multiple items). Nice To Have (Not Required): Prior experience in roadway, landscaping, drainage, or construction maintenance; FDOT MOT certification or willingness to obtain it; Valid CDL (Class A or B) and/or experience operating mowers, skid steers, or maintenance equipment; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not include headings with empty content. So we need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role: could include position summary + training/no experience + path to grow + steady schedule note. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Before You Apply list. - Qualifications: Nice To Have list (or maybe Skills). But we have also Skills section maybe for CDL, equipment, bilingual. However Qualifications could be nice to have. We'll follow the instruction: use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. Let's assign: About the role: Position Summary + "No Experience? No Problem." + "A steady, full-time schedule..." + "A path to grow: pick up a CDL..." maybe also mention training. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. Requirements: Before You Apply list (driver's license, drug screen, physical work, authorized to work). Qualifications: Nice To Have list (prior experience, FDOT MOT certification, CDL, bilingual). Could also include "Willingness to obtain FDOT MOT certification". Skills: maybe we could separate out specific skills like CDL, equipment operation, bilingual? But we already have Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: use those headings only if posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Qualifications (nice to have). For Skills, we could list specific skills like "CDL (Class A or B)", "operating mowers, skid steers, or maintenance equipment", "bilingual English/Spanish". But those are already in nice to have. Might be redundant. Better to treat Qualifications as nice to have and Skills maybe left out if no distinct content. But we need to avoid empty headings. So we should only include Skills if we have distinct content not covered elsewhere. The posting does mention "pick up a CDL or gain equipment experience on the job" under path to grow, and "Valid CDL (Class A or B) and/or experience operating mowers, skid steers, or maintenance equipment" under nice to have. Also bilingual. So we could put those under Skills. But then Qualifications could be something else? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use all; we include only when posting has real specific content. So we can decide to put nice to have under Qualifications, and maybe Skills could be left out if we don't have distinct skill list beyond that. However we have skill-related content; we could still put them under Skills and keep Qualifications maybe for something else like "No prior experience required"? But that's more about requirements. Hmm. Better to follow typical resume: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications; Skills = specific abilities. So we can assign: - Requirements: mandatory (driver's license, drug screen, physical work, authorized to work). - Qualifications: preferred (nice to have) list. - Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like "CDL operation", "equipment operation (mowers, skid steers)", "bilingual English/Spanish". But those are already in nice to have. Could split: Qualifications = prior experience, FDOT MOT certification, willingness to obtain; Skills = CDL, equipment operation, bilingual. However the nice to have list includes CDL and equipment operation and bilingual. So we could split them arbitrarily but still preserve all info. Let's do: Qualifications: Prior experience in roadway, landscaping, drainage, or construction maintenance; FDOT MOT certification or willingness to obtain it. Skills: Valid CDL (Class A or B) and/or experience operating mowers, skid steers, or maintenance equipment; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. That way we keep all info. Now Benefits: Health & Welfare, Paid Holidays, PTO, 401k, ESOP. Pay: $17/hr to start. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Day Shift). Also mention Night Shift: Overnight, with traffic control requiring off-peak operations, occasional weekend or storm-response calls. Schedules may be changed based on contract needs and weather events. Also note "steady, full-time schedule you can count on — not gig work." and "Shift & Schedule Day Shift: Mon–Fri, early start, with occasional weekend or storm-response calls. Night Shift: Overnight, with traffic control requiring off-peak operations, and occasional weekend or storm-response calls." We'll combine. Now About the role: Position Summary + "No Experience? No Problem. No prior roadway maintenance experience required — we train you on the job, hands-on, with an experienced crew." + "A steady, full-time schedule you can count on — not gig work. Know your hours and your paycheck each week." + "A path to grow: pick up a CDL or gain equipment experience on the job to open the door to higher-paid roles on our team." Also maybe mention "Real benefits most entry-level jobs don't offer..." but that's benefits. We'll keep About the role as prose paragraphs. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
