About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.
- Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to project teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
