About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
• Manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to project teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
