Roadway Engineer

About the Role

Expand your transportation engineering career at RDA. We're looking for an early-career engineer to join our team and work on local and high-profile projects that will reshape our communities. This role comes with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Tackle challenging design tasks for VDOT, local municipalities, and private clients
• Gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals
• Contribute to impactful projects that improve transportation infrastructure and enhance safety

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required
• Registration as an E.I.T. is a plus, but not required
• 2 to 4 years of experience in transportation engineering design
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong written and oral communication skills
• A keen ability to apply standard engineering methods while thinking critically about design challenges

Pay

$80,000 - $110,000 / year
