Road Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance work.
• Diagnose and repair electric forklifts, dock trucks and pallet trucks.
• Maintain the client's equipment in good mechanical and physical condition.
• Travel from one site to another in a service vehicle provided by our client.
• Manage the service vehicle's parts and tool inventory.
• Perform repairs in accordance with the manufacturer's safety recommendations.
• Be vigilant in terms of health and safety when performing various tasks.
• Ensure that the tools used are, and remain, in good condition.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma.
• Hold a license or certificate in mechanics/electromechanics.
• Have 2 years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical repair/maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingualism (English and French), an asset.
• Be very resourceful, demonstrate self-determination and have a sense of organization.
