Road Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry, state, and company safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine safety audits.
• Carry out safety training programs and safety meetings for company employees.
• Implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and occupational hazards.
• Supervise general safety guidelines and procedures for drivers.
• Investigate accidents to determine their causes.
• Inspect and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety policies and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager.
• Aid in the training of new and existing drivers to meet state, federal, local, and corporate standards.
• Aid in scheduling re-training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Clean MVR and Background check required.
• Previous experience in the safety field is preferred, but training will be provided.
