Responsibilities
- RNG asset maintenance management, planning and scheduling both internal and external support personnel for the RNG plant.
- Work closely with the RNG Operations Team and RNG Plant Team to ensure continuity of support and successful maintenance related outcomes.
- Ensure the RNG Plant is being maintained to meet production and the asset maintenance plans.
- Manage planning, communications with RNG Plant Team and support labor for maintenance outages.
- Planning, coordination, and scheduling of major plant maintenance outages.
- Be knowledgeable of mechanical preventive maintenance schedules, electrical GEAMS and maintenance schedules in support of RNG Plant compliance.
- Maintenance resource planning to effectively support start-up and operations of the RNG plant.
- Identification of critical inventory and spares and support strategy for procuring and maintaining on site inventory.
- Analyze operations and maintenance data to make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency in operations.
- Support Operations by ensuring that the RNG plant is running at full potential while minimizing direct costs.
- Arrange for outside third-party assistance when required and manage and oversee any third-party contractors working onsite.
- Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations.
- Support and comply with Company policies and procedures as advised and documented in the Company’s employment policies as amended from time to time and as directed by Managers/Supervisors.
- In addition to the duties set out above, the RNG Maintenance Supervisor may be expected to perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to work independently. Along with the ability to work under pressure with minimal frustrations.
- Organizational skills. Oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient using computers and monitoring equipment to measure, record and adjust equipment and operating parameters.
- Reliable, committed and motivated to achieving company and team goals and objectives.
- The work is physical in nature. Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, crawl, climb, stoop, walk for extended periods.
- Prior supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with electrical and rotational equipment.
- Experience with setting and adhering to budgets and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with setting site maintenance schedules, preferably with both gas field, gas plant and engines.
- Experience adhering to Health and safety responsibilities and requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally travel by automobile and/or airline for extended periods of time.
