Compensation

$28 to $29 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring the property's integrity. Here are some benefits RAM offers:

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff under the guidance of the Property Manager
  • Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs
  • Follow up on service requests from the maintenance team
  • Complete work orders promptly based on priority
  • Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
  • Treat residents, staff, and vendors professionally
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and other work areas
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • EPA HVAC certification is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Flexible schedule including weekends is required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
