Compensation
$28 to $29 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring the property's integrity. Here are some benefits RAM offers:

Responsibilities
- Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff under the guidance of the Property Manager
- Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs
- Follow up on service requests from the maintenance team
- Complete work orders promptly based on priority
- Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
- Treat residents, staff, and vendors professionally
- Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and other work areas
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
- EPA HVAC certification is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule including weekends is required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
