RNFA - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative care across all patient populations.
• Serve as an RN First Assistant during invasive procedures.
• Affirm compliance with scope of practice, credentials, and competency standards.
• Assist as an RN circulator when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (required).
• Completion of AORN-RN First Assistant program (required).
• Minimum of 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience (required).
• At least 3 years experience as an RN or Surgical Tech in CVOR if applicable (required).
• Current RN license in the state (required).
• CNOR, CRNFA, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
