Responsibilities

• Cookbook: Coordinate patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Gather and analyze medical information to inform patient care decisions
• Conduct physical assessments and provide patient education
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• A current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
