About the role
Bolivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a Long Term Care facility in Bolivia, NC, is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing units on weekends Friday to Sunday, from 7am to 7pm
- Interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided
- Administer medications, document patient care, and oversee resident care
- Implement schedules per residents' needs
- Collaborate with nursing management to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current State RN License
- Nurse Supervisor Experience
- LTC/SNF experience
