The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role combines clinical leadership, hands-on care, and team support, serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
• Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards
• Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions
• Communicate with physicians, families & care teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
• Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift

Requirements

• Active RN license in PA (in good standing)
• 2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred)
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong leadership and clinical skills
