About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff life stories.
- Utilize nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well‑being of residents.
- Lead teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to foster a respectful work environment.

Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior‑care excellence.
