RN - Weekend Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team for the Enhanced Weekend Program. This role involves caring for clients with ALS, TBI, Rett Syndrome, and Quadriplegia. You will work a minimum of 16 hours every weekend or every other weekend, with shifts available between 11pm on Friday and 7am on Monday—days, evenings, or overnights—based on your preference.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home setting
• Provide hands-on care with only one client per day
• Build client relationships through consistent, dedicated care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
