RN Weekend Manager

About the role

Cleveland Care and Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers to support a small team environment of caring professionals with the resources of a larger enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
• Sets up and assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and capabilities
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatments as required
• Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Effective communication skills with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Decisive reaction to emergencies
• Maintains confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
