About the role

Provide high‑acuity, hospital‑level care to a 72‑year‑old client with a tracheostomy in the 19130 area. You will work autonomously in a 1:1 home‑care setting, receiving paid training (no prior trach experience required) to develop skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management, electronic charting with Statewise, and simulation‑lab preparation. Around‑the‑clock clinical support is available by phone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to a trach‑dependent client, including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using Statewise.
• Participate in paid training, shadowing, and simulation‑lab sessions to build competency.
• Communicate with the clinical support team as needed for guidance and escalation.
