About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Coordinate care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.
- Ensure professional accountability and adherence to standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification (or complete during probation).
- Additional certifications as required by role.
