RN Unit Manager, Full-time

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care units.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Unit Manager utilizes a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans. This role ensures overall management of day-to-day clinical operations and the delivery of nursing care to residents. The Unit Manager delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing preferred
