About the role
Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is hiring an RN Unit Manager to work in both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure overall management of day‑to‑day clinical operations and the nursing care delivered to residents.
- Delegate coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferred experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling between 7 am – 3 pm and 1 pm – 9 pm shifts.
