About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals in managing patient care units, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of patient care units
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
