About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to supervise nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise medication distribution
- Conduct nursing rounds
- Provide staff and resident education
- Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of staff management experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations related to long-term care
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Must hold an active RN license to practice in the state of DE
