What You Will Do
- phone triage
- patient education
- continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals
- clean and stock exam rooms
What You Will Need
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Office RN and BSN preferred
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal

About the Role

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $33.96 - $52.64, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience.
Schedule
This role is full-time, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
