Responsibilities

• Travel extensively throughout assigned POD (Duluth, Woodstock, Rome, Cedartown, Cartersville).
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patients' home care.
• Collaborate with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on patient condition, needs, and care.
• Perform head-to-toe physical assessments.
• Check vital signs and manage medications.
• Administer injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings.
• Maintain and administer catheters.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to travel 100% of the time throughout the company by plane, train, or automobile.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.

Pay

Attractive pay range of $95,000 to $110,000 annual salary, varying by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
