RN Trauma Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary trauma care to ensure compliance with evidence-based standards and trauma center requirements.
• Manage trauma data and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and EMS to optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead staff and community trauma education efforts.
• Support readiness for trauma activations and surveys.
• Promote innovative, compassionate care in a high-acuity environment emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience in trauma care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of trauma standards, data management, and quality improvement processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented setting.
