Position Details

• Remote RN Opportunity: Non-Patient Contact Role
• Must Reside Within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital
• 3-12hour shifts: 6:45p-7:15a

About the Role

This Position Is Fully Remote: A high-speed internet connection is required. Candidates must reside within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital to allow for on-site presence in case of technical difficulties.

Position Overview

• The East Region Throughput Center RN serves as a clinical expert and point of contact for:
• Providers and facilities initiating patient transfers or admissions to Mercy hospitals.
• Assigning patients to appropriate units based on facility-specific criteria.
• Staffing coordination and logistics.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• RN License – Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
• Experience – Minimum 3 years in Telemetry or higher acuity nursing.
• Certifications – BLS required.
