About the role

A registered nurse in the 9B-Cardiac department is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by utilizing the nursing process and organizational policies. The nurse demonstrates clinical competence and critical thinking, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or a registered nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas;
• BSN preferred;
• CPR certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS provided as needed;
• Specialty education is offered for specific units.

Benefits

• This position is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly;
• Shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
